Changes

In many organizations people move and change jobs all the time. When times are good companies lose people because their employees are either poached or leave for better prospects. When times are bad jobs are cut.

Either way this phenomenon is always evolving and dynamic. As someone who gets caught up in such a change you either celebrate (because you're leaving for greener pastures) or weep (because you have to clean up the mess for those leaving).

One thing that is constant is change. Just like your normal everyday life, in a blink of an eye a lot can change.

Anywayz, I'm reading this book called Freakonomics at the moment and it's certainly an interesting piece of work. The writer attempts to study riddles of everyday life and turns conventional wisdoms on its head. He answers questions like what do schoolteachers and sumo have in common? I know some of you can answer that already! :D

If you are ever looking to read something else besides love stories, boring textbooks and autobiographies, I'd recommend this book.
