It hit me this morning when I was going to work. I started my academic life 2 years ago on 11th Oct 2004! Today's the 2nd anniversary!I remember the first time I stepped onto the campus at TP in July 2004 for my first interview. It was about 3ish in the afternoon and I met with the CM for HTM and DD for HTM. It was my first time at the campus and I was truly impressed by the size and layout. Anyway, the interview went really well as I shared with them my long desire to teach. That I had tried my best to fashion my career so that I'd be relevant to teach. It was all good. My second interview (also the final) was more stressful meeting the management team of TP. They really grilled me! :) Anyway, here I am 2 years later still teaching. I had started with the desire to share my experience with students and along the way, perhaps make a difference in the lives. I am fortunate enough to join the pioneering team which helped establish The Tourism Academy and I'm forever grateful. I am still trying to improve as an educator and I know I have a long way to go.
I'd like to take this opportunity to thank everyone whom I've taught and also learnt from. My colleagues, my students and my family. I hope I can continue to make a difference for many years to come. :)

i guess students nowaday dont only need teachers who only know how to force them to hit to books. What they need is someone who is also able to connect with them.
And you were one of these teachers.
