Retro

Well I've finally completed all my markings and reports. It's a relief to finally bring the semester to a close. There's only the Supplementary paper to worry about now. Overall for the classes I've taught, the results are not too bad. Sure there will be some disappointments but overall I think it's ok.

Anyway, recently I've been quite crazy thinking about cartoons from the 80s. This must be another sign that I'm aging faster than I expected. I remember spending hours and hours every day watching them before the days of LCD and Plasma TVs.

Yes there are cartoons nowadays as well but trust me, the list of cartoons far surpasses what's available today in the 80s. Here are some of my top choices:

Transformers
Thundercats
Mask
Silverhawks
Battle of the planets
GI Joe
Gummi Bears - I didn't really watch this one....
Smurfs
Astroboy - A Classic from the 60s!!!

There's so much more! Too many classics to list. Who says the 80s weren't cool? Come on, I challenge you to come up with a longer and more comprehensive list from the cartoons nowadays!

Hey man, I have finished playing Sacred. I have started on Sacred Underworld.

I am concurrently playing Dungeon Siege II. The latter is somewhat less interesting.

Emilyn,

I listed some of them only. Of course I've seen Captain Planet, TMNT. :)

Power to the cartoons!

I played Titans Quest 2/3s of the way and it crashed! Now I can't retrieve my saved file so I've given up on the game... :(

Sacred can be finished in 29 hours. In fact, I'll say 24 hours because I went on a few wild goose chases.
