1. Creative flair
2. Good with Photoshop and/or other graphics editing software
3. Good with HTML / Dreamweaver and/or any other web related technologies/languages
4. Time on their hands
5. Don't mind helping me out on some exciting up and coming projects

I'm not unreasonable but in a job interview, that wouldn't be the first question that you would ask right? Don't worry, I am a fair person and will give what is due... :)

Xiaxue is a bit overrated. I am sure there are many others out there better than her.

Maybe you wanna post up what u would like to do on Ole? Maybe people who are free can try to see what they can come up with? A prize would be good to attract students to work. *lol*
