Recovery
It's now more than a week ago since I last fell sick with flu. I still haven't gotten over it. At the office there's so much work to do. *sigh* I need to organize the next Course Preview, do a Course document, write 2 exam papers, do markings, set up e-surveys, do some more marketing collaterals, update the school's website, get photos organized and approved, prepare for the next half the semester, etc.... *blur*
Ah well, such is life. The World Cup is ongoing at the moment. I remember during the last World Cup, I was in Australia and still working at Hyatt. The hotel was kind enough to put up a TV in the staff room so that during your breaks, you could watch it. Well, nobody slacked off and in fact seemed to have improved motivation for staff to come to work! I thought that was quite a positive thing that the hotel did for the staff. I wonder if it could have worked here? Hahah...maybe not.
I'm overjoyed that the Aussies beat Japan the other day. Absolutely amazing! Now, I hope they take another gigantic step by beating Brazil! Who's with me?!?!!??

One reason why I stopped buying games is that I spent 600 bucks on books in one afternoon. And another 200 bucks on the next weekend just a month or two back.
Thus, I am economising. I won't be buying games until end July, August!

I recall that you told me that you were sick of 'travelling' in Oblivion. Well, didn't you use the Quick Travel feature?
One of the major reasons why I stopped playing WOW one year ago was the time spent in travelling. It was ridiculous.
Well, you don't have to 'travel' per se in Oblivion. Use Quick Travel to go from different locales, not only towns.
Anyway, my character is level 11 now. I need to get his blade and heavy armour skills up.
How do you kill the Wisps? I have a silver weapon and I could damage it. Blood spatters.
It simply will not die despite half an hour of slashing...
Hmm...wisps...I can't remember. You can look it up I'm sure. Hahah..I just hack, slash and cast spells!
