Inconspicuous Rantings

Well, I got back from JB the other day and was dead beat. We went to a school which had 7000 students! Yeah, and there were many education institutions there (including all the Polys, Unis from Singapore). We were kiasu and had the largest contingent. There were 8 of us, plus 3 students. The students were excellent and did a great job promoting our school. I've earmarked one of them for future participation in such events.... Unfortunately I didn't bring my camera. In my haste to get to the meeting point at 6.25am, I forgot. :(

Yesterday, we had a last minute photo shoot at the Siloso beach with 5 students. We also went to the Luge for some shots. Despite the gloomy weather, I think they had fun. It was my first time riding it and yes, we will be back for another round. The management of the Luge was very kind and said we could come back again if we wished. I especially enjoyed the chairlifts. Will post some pictures up soon...

Then I went to meet up with a couple of my SIP students for dinner. We went to Menotti Cafe @ City Hall. Had a good time with them just eating, laughing and talking nonsense. I see a lot of value in interacting with students away from school. You learn so much more about what the point of views are on many topics and they're usually not afraid to tell the truth! Hahah...Again, I forgot to take any pictures...sigh...must be age....
