hmm, just a suggestion. I think perhaps we shd hv the system whereby lecturers choose project grps for us.since we remain as the same class,it seems there r some little conflicts gg on...

It just seem that quite many ppl hv problems abt their grping.Since we remain in the same class, some grps wld lk to change their grp members this sem while some others might still wish to stay in their same grp. BUt changing one grp wld sort of affects quite a number of ppl. We cant make up who should grp with who and some ppl might be left out at all.they dun even hv a choice to choose..watever is left over they wld just join in.

So i thot it was quite kinda unfair to some ppl. and this also result in some unhappiness among some ppl in the class. In yr 1,sem 1 we didnt even hv a chance to choose our grp members at all despite not knwing each other.THe computer system or rather, the lecturers choose for us.And it applies to the whole cohort. I think maybe this wld work better for everyone,so tt we wun hv headache.
N it seems not only my class..ask ard n there are other classes hving the same prob.

u might want to link ard those blogs n read about what they hv wrote in their entries.

Hi,

I can understand the problem. In fact, this situation arises in almost anywhere and in all classes. As with any attempt to rectify problems, there will always be the pluses and minuses to each approach. If I do it randomly, some will complain why they can't choose, etc. If I let the students pick, then some will feedback like what you have. There are pros and cons to both approaches. Let me think about it and see. Thanks for the feedback though. :)
